Plagiarism all the way!

Plagiarism-the unauthorized use or close imitation of thoughts of another person and the representation of them as one's own original work.
In bollywood,many films have their script lifted from many hollywood flicks(without getting the copyrights).Sometimes,certain scenes might have been lifted.Dont mistake me that,other industry such as kollywood dont do this.I have personally seen many such scenes and films.
Not only in films,also in film music.Many music directors have entirely lifted tunes from some other tracks.Some songs have a feel of the other foreign languages tracks.It might be intentional or accident.
As i am an engineering student.Under Anna university,there are two sections of books...foreign author and local author.Local authors,blatantly copy the contents of foreign author books and write their own books.They make money.
Like this there are many instances.
Its time to introduce some new laws that strictly restricts plagiarism.I would be happy to receive some comments and opinions on this issue.
