I recently read these two books 'Stay Hungry and Stay Foolish" and "Connect the dots" by author Rashmi Bansal.
First book is about the story of 25 IIMA grads who choose the path of entrepreneurship and second one about story of 20 entrepreneurs without MBA. Both books provide an amazing read throughout. Worth buy(each one costs Rs.150).

BARAHA-Free Indian Language Software

Recently i downloaded this software, as i wanted to type a letter in tamil. It is a free software and anyone can download it without any need for registration.BARAHA is a transliteration based software, which converts 'Indian language text written in English' to their own respective scripts. One has to type in the text using QWERTY keyboard,(thats a drawback- as you need to type in the Indian language text in english. If any keyboard layouts of indian languages are available, then that would change the way the text are keyed in).Baraha supports Kannada, Devanagari, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Gurumukhi, Bengali, and Oriya scripts.
There are also instructions available for typing in all languages. It definitely requires some time to learn and adapt.Once learnt, it is very easy to type in any indian language that Baraha supports.(check Help->Tamil->Transliteration Rules). After installing, when you first run the application,it will ask for your default language, where in you can set any indian languages as the default one.It is possible to change the default language whenever required.
After typing the content in english, when you press the convert button, it will convert your content into the defualt language.Apart form these options, all the text editing tools are available.
The software can be downloaded from http://www.baraha.com/

There are many 'tamil softwares'.
